Hi there! This is a bit of a catch up post…as I’ve been slacking a bit with blog posts and defaulting to Instagram. So I went through my outfits from the last two weeks and chose a few that I hadn’t posted about…only to realize that I had a bit of a theme going on – peplum and paisley! I have a few J.Crew cotton paisley pencil skirts that have been in constant rotation this summer. Both of these skirts have so many pairing options. I’m clearly loving the blues and greens this summer!
And my seasonal favorite this year – the peplum top. I’ve taken to wearing the J.Crew ponte peplum top belted and have found it to be more flattering that way. The other mint peplum top is via my local Marshall’s.
Talk about an outfit formula…sweater/statement necklace/pencil skirt/flats and peplum top, pants, pointy-toe heels. Hey, if it works…
